Once you have registered for Youth Mentoring Training, confirmation will be sent to you by email within 48 hours. If you do not receive this, please contact the Youth Mentoring Network on events@youthmentoring.org.nz
Cancellation Policy
1. All cancellations must be received in writing to events@youthmentoring.org.nz or to the Youth Mentoring Network, PO Box 21-605, Henderson, Auckland, at least 30 days prior to the event you have registered for
2. A cancellation administration fee of $50.00 will apply for each individual cancellation that you are registered for
3. In the event that you unable to attend the training you have registered for and have not advised the Youth Mentoring Network as per clause 1 above, no refund will be granted.

The Youth Mentoring Network reserve the right to cancel or postpone a training session due to low registrations. Registrants will be notified by email.
Tax invoices will be submitted at the time of your registration. GST receipts will be sent by email when payment has been received.
